In Person
Your in-person session is designed to help you slow down, feel supported, and release stress your body has been holding. Sessions can be fully clothed for comfort and modesty, and many somatic techniques — including breath, movement, and nervous system regulation — are highly effective without disrobing.
We begin with a brief check-in to discuss tension, stress levels, and your goals for the session. Each appointment blends relaxation massage with gentle somatic techniques to calm the nervous system and release stored tension. Sessions may include guided breath, subtle movement, or vocal sound to support natural body release.
You remain in control throughout the session, with pressure, pacing, and focus areas adjusted to your comfort. Many clients leave feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, and mentally clearer.

Online somatic sessions provide structured, body-based support for stress regulation and nervous system balance, making them ideal for clients who live outside the area, travel frequently, or prefer care from home. We begin with a brief check-in to explore what feels most present and where you would like support, allowing the session to focus on what needs the most attention.
You guide the direction of the session while I support you with evidence-informed somatic techniques tailored to your comfort level. While hands-on massage is not included, sessions may incorporate body awareness practices, breathwork, vocal sound, and gentle movement to help release tension and regulate stress responses.
You will leave with practical tools to help recognize body signals, manage stress, and support relaxation between sessions. Many clients report feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to their bodies, with techniques they can continue using to support daily resilience and well-being.
As a certified massage therapist with extensive training in trauma-informed care, somatic bodywork, holistic counseling, and clinical sexology, I have supported clients since 2006 in releasing stress, reconnecting with their bodies, and navigating both physical and emotional tension with compassion and skill. My approach blends therapeutic massage, nervous system–focused somatic techniques, and whole-person support grounded in respect, curiosity, and genuine care for each client’s experience.
